Which cform is best for Captcha?

I have downloaded & uploaded several plugins- cForms including 1 from Delicious but error showed when activating the patch. 2 “cforms” “Easy Contact” “Contact Form with Captcha” and “Really Simple CAPTCHA”

The problem is that the Captcha shows in the Field Type drop-down menu on the cForm set-up but will not show-up on the Web page?

Can someone tell me which cForm is the best and which Captcha is best that will work? Thank you for any help!

Not sure if these errors are related but whenever I try to activate the patch it fails with 2 different error numbers 44 & 59.
