Which conditional would I use for a location page?

I am working on a site that has the Widget Logic plugin built into it and I am trying to figure out how to get a widget on a page I just created.

This is the page https://ffh.developwithrgb.com/location/illinois/

I need the syntax to make sure that it comes up here and only here. I have tried messing around with the Widget Logic Syntax but have only come up with errors.
