Which core file contains code for Publish button?

  • I’m having this problem almost after each update, because the code keeps changing.

    For my taste, the blue Publish button is much too close to the Draft button, and I always move it down the page. (I’m a chronic accidental publisher, so I need to get the darn Publish button out of my sight.)

    If I recall correctly, last time I updated, the code was in wp-admin/css/colors-fresh.css, and I added this: 

    #publish_button {
   position:relative; top:700px !important;
}

    I just upgraded to 3.2.1., and I can’t find the code for the Publish button in wp-admin/css/colors-fresh.css anymore.

    Where is it now?
