Which Dashboard plugin is the best?

    Would like to hear some recommendations on the best Dashboard plugin.

    I love the version 2.7 dashboard menu, but I have users who are confused by it. I’d like to have icons on the Admin home page that go directly to specific functions. For example, an icon that sends the user right to editing pages, to creating a post, to adding a user, to managing the media library, to adding a product, etc.

    Has anyone seen a dashboard plugin like this? Has anyone done this?
