Which folder access is needed for uploading a file?

I just create a new Form where user can upload a file.
On the Field Settings, I get this error:It is not possible to create the folder. Please check folder access credentials /
Which folder I should take a look on permissions?
I changed folder permissions on the plugin folder, but with no luck ??
