Which font designation best?

px is not resizeable in IE when user changes the base text size
% and em are considered better, because they’re resizeable in any browsers. Among the two, there are the differences as to which one is more consistent across browsers, but I can’t remember which.

Heh, I used px because when I first started using css it seemed the layout would “break” whenever anyone changed the font size. Now I am too lazy to learn what would equate with 12px, etc.
