Which Google Drive account was being used for UpdraftPlus backups?

We’re desperate for help please… we had some issues on our site and I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall UpdraftPlus. I had made a backup just before making any changes, however, when I went back in and tried to restore the last backup, I saw that the last backup was from February! Someone changed the Google account that was being used for backups and we can’t figure out which account has the latest backups. I had a look at the logs and see a Google Client ID, but no indication of which Google account it was. Does anyone know how to find out which Google account has the backups? I’ll be so grateful to anyone who is able to help!
