sorry for bringing a slightly older thread up but it helped me a lot. I changed the structure to /%category%/%postname% and my pages were well crawled by google.

But I recently noticed that my site index just went off google for some reason. Google webmaster tools says I have successfully submitted 72 URLs (using the dynamic sitemap) but I can’t find them on Google at all. Anyone has any clue?

Nope, it didn’t go off google.

Google’s indexing 207 of your pages. The Google sitemap only dictates what it found, not what Google found on it’s own, prior to your using the sitemap.

Like I said before, if you go to any of the major search engines, and type in the following, you’ll get a list of your site’s pages that are indexed:

    site:www.yoururl.com or site:yoururl.com
