• I’m looking for a plugin or plugins that can achieve the following…

    • Create new user from WordPress Admin
    • Employee User Role
    • Setup
    • Assign read only data
    • Configure number of years (E.G. 1 to 5)
    • Frontend
    • Display read only data
    • Display appropriate number of years and against each year, display a menu option for each month.
    • Display a set of fields to be completed when a month is clicked.
    • All months will display the same set of fields.
    • Image upload with ability to view uploaded images.
  • Manager User Role
    • Setup
    • Assign read only data
    • Configure Employee users to manage
    • Frontend
    • Display read only data
    • Display list of Employee users being managed.
    • Clicking an Employee user, displays that users My Account page.
    • WordPress Admin should be able to view the data for all users from the backend, including the uploaded images.
    • Email alerts can be triggered based on the data entered by the users on the frontend.
    • Reports can be generated and customised to present the data entered by the users on the frontend.

I wouldn’t have a problem getting a membership plugin to restrict access to certain content, but I don’t want to have to manually create the content each time a user is added.

I could customise a My Account page to include the data required, but I’m struggling to understand how I can vary the number of years and define this during the set up of the user.

I’m also struggling to understand how I can get an overview of Employee users when logging in as a Manager.

Email alerts triggered via the data entered and customised reports on the data entered is also a big concern.

Can anyone advise on possible options available?
