Which outbound port is used to send transaction reports?

  • Hey there, The reports are sent by WordPress and no WPEC.
    We just hook into WP core to tell wp to send out the email.
    I believe it might be regular php mail.

    I’ve asked a similar question on of WordPress as I have noticed that this is not the only problem.

    I have no Google Analytics, no Akismet and no new user regitration (admin) emails…

    Holier than thou hosting companies…

    PS: they have also arbitrarily set my php.ini file upload limit to 2M. As I’m paying for the storage, I don’t see what gives them the right to do that. ??

    Well its something you should take with your hosting company. Or change to another ??
