Which plugin allows you to create access control and alerts?

Hi,

I’m working on a website where users can login and navigate through different pages.

What I want to achieve is to restrict access to users who are currently logged-out. For example a user who is NOT logged-in cannot see the page: Posts.

What I’m looking for is a plugin which allow me to create that restriction and in addition to that create a pop-up alert which will inform the front-end user that : “You don’t have access to view page : Posts. Please login to view the page”.

I’m not looking neccessarily for one plugin. I just want the above functionality to be implemented on my website. Even though custom php code. Please let me know if you have any solutions.
