Which plugin do I use?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there is a plugin to help my customers send me info about their products?
I am helping a friend open a website for his business, it is a sort of tender service for different insurance companies. Similar websites has small icons of example a house, a car, a boat that you can click on and then you add your insurance info for your product and then the info gets sent to his email account.
Don′t know if anything that I just wrote made any sense, but if it did, please help:)
