I would like to include a contact form in my website. I have tried Ninja Forms as I was adviced that this plugin is really good for it. Probably it has to do with me being new to this, but I struggled to use that plugin.

I would like to create a form where I can edit the texts of the mandatory fields, as well as list the email address any messages should be sent to.

Which free plugin do you advice me for this?

  • Take a look at Gravity Forms. I have tried the other most popular free ones here and none begin to match the usability, flexibility, customization ability, and support of their Pro version which I find well worth the cost as do all my clients.

While that is my experience, you can find other plugins:

The two with the most downloads are clearly well used and are known to be well supported.

I have been using contact form 7 for many years and what you mentioned and be done with it. There is no PRO version of CF7 (totally free) and it is highly flexible and customizable. Just that it is not the most user-friendly contact form plugin around…

@raytan12 If OP couldn’t figure out NinjaForms (with a visual form builder), what are the chances of figuring out CF7? ??

Thanks! I used CF7 and it works excellent! I struggled a bit to find out how it works, but now everything is functioning as it should! ??

    Great to know, Gerrit!

If you have any questions regarding CF7, you can just go over to their support forum in the future.
