Which Plugin do you recoomed?

  • Hi I am looking for a plugin that will enable me to ask people questions about an event they attended giving them the option to vote from 1-10 or 1-20 on certain aspects of the event.
    Ie: How was your overall experience? If they rate it a 1 it was very bad.
    I would then like for the results to be tabulated into an overall number rating for the event. They can either be emailed to me or accessible from my dashboard. If they was a widget that I was then able to display that showed an adverage rating for the event that would be great to. I have searched and searched and cant find anything.
    It does not have to be exactly this but something similer would be nice,
