    Try to login and check off “I’m a human” then Submit. Wrong pass gives

    Login Cooldown in effect. You must wait 10 seconds before attempting to login again.

    I looked at my list if active plugins and nothing there isn’t used on other sites. Only this one gives the error. It always says that and I know my info is correct. I can’t get into my admin though it’s not a emergency as I’m building the site. I still need to get in though.

    I can FTP in fine to delete the plugin that does this. Something tells me it may be part of WP-Security. I’ll go check other sites and see if I’m right. If so I’ll delete it then reupload and install.

    Yep. Login Lockdown is a feature which didn’t configure properly on this site.

    Allow Unlock Requests: Check this if you want to allow users to generate an automated unlock request link which will unlock their account

    Had I checked that I could have gotten in. Now I know. Live and learn.
