Which Plugin to use for this and how.

  • I am new to wordpress, and before buying a template I was wondering if it is possible to REPLACE a part of the homepage with a forum. since I have no understanding at all I would appreciate any help.

    I want to replace this part https://imgur.com/lgGY8Rg of this website https://imgur.com/XmT5r3O with a small forum. How the fuck am I supposed to do that.

    I mean like lastest post, and if you click on it it brings you to the actual post. and how to do it?(link to a turtorial or something)
