Which Plugin would help me achieve this….

I would guess one or more of these plugins might have a shortcode you can place on any page to get a box something like that:

I appreciate your reply lee but I dont see how any of those are going to help me, the link you added included shortcodes for contact forms and facebook feeds which not really what I am looking for.
Does anyone else have any suggestions please?

Thanks for your help lee I realize now you thought i was asking about the menu when i was asking about the box on the page. Anyhows you did sned me off in the right direction so I appreciate it. I found what I was looking for to create the tabs “WP UI – Tabs, Accordions, Sliders” and I also discovered anouther great plugin “Shortcodes Ultimate” along the way.

Cool beans. What I had been think there was that “custom menu short code” could be search tags for a custom menu in a box on a page.
