Which provider do I need to ask for help from?

  • This month I played around with creating an RSS auto-campaign in Mailchimp to mail out my new blog posts. It worked once; today a new post was supposed to be emailed out and it hasn’t yet. I am absolutely stumped.

    I have a free Mailchimp account

    I have a premium Jetpack account

    I am hosted on Bluehost

    Which provider is most likely to be able to figure this out with me? Mailchimp I think not, unless I upgraded. But maybe there’s a link in a forum someone here knows of?

    OR, is there someone in this subreddit who might know where to start untangling my mess?
