Which shipping method to choose

I have a client who is selling hats through his store and plans to ship through USPS. I know there is a USPS shipping extension but I’m not sure if that is what we need or all we need. I could use some advice on which shipping extension would work best for us. Below is what he wants for shipping for his products:

Here are the shipping amounts. If they can be a drop down box or whatever is convenient
1 hat = 2 selectable drop boxes they are “USPS First Class – $5.99” and “USPS Priority 2 day – $10.32”
2 hats = 2 selectable drop boxes they are “USPS First Class – $5.80” and “USPS Priority 2 day – $9.34”
3 hats = 1 selectable drop box “USPS Priority 2 day – $9.61”
4 hats = 1 selectable drop box “USPS Priority 2 day – $13.98”
5 hats = 1 selectable drop box “USPS Priority 2 day – $13.16”

Can I accomplish this with one of the extensions?
