Which software does the forum use?

I’m wondering which software does the forum use? or is it coded from scratch?
does it use anything like vBulletin, phpBB, SMF or any other software?

Parts of the forum were based on mingle forum which is not actively developed anymore since 2013. But in the meantime every single line of coded has been rewritten so that its basically from scratch. ??

Thank you for the reply. I was looking to use postloop to help my forum get started, but I guess I can’t. Still, really good plugin, nicely done.
