    Newbie here.
    In searching for a way to determine what theme a site is using, all the links that come up are about how to find out the theme of a site on the net. How do I know which theme a site that I am now editing is using?

    View Page Source in your browser, and search or look for themes

    Look under Appearance->Themes

    Thanks, Steve. Now, I have seen this, but I wasn’t sure due to the fact that “Themify Ultra”, the first box on the left, sounds like it might be a function. I’ve been wondering all along if “Themify Ultra” is in fact a theme. I guess it is.

    So under Appearance/Themes there are actually 4 themes listed: “Themify Ultra”, “Twenty Fifteen”, “Twenty Fourteen”, and “Twenty Sixteen”. “Themify Ultra” is marked as “Active:”. Should the inactive themes be deleted?

    Keep one of the twenty* themes in case you have a problem with your other them and need to fail over to something.
