Hello guys, I saw your demo https://demo.kadencethemes.com/kadence-blocks/ and the Row block looks really awesome. I downloaded the plugin and played around with it especially the Divider feature to create some great looking layouts, however, none of the themes I’ve been testing this with shows the backgrounds (dividers).

I’ve even tried with your popular Ascend theme (free version). Do you recommend a specific theme to get the most out of your Kadence Blocks?

  • Hello,

The Kadence Blocks plugin should work fine with any theme you want! If I had to recommend a Kadence Theme though, I would say Ascend. It’s the newest of our themes and has the most diverse feature set.

But it’s totally up to you needs and what you think will work best with your site.

    Hello Kevin,
We are just experimenting right now. Downloaded the free version of Ascend and then build the same layout as in your demo https://demo.kadencethemes.com/kadence-blocks/, but when we view the page it doesn’t show any of the backgrounds images

When I select Divider > Top I get this error

react-dom.min.82e21c65.js:110 TypeError: Cannot read property ‘top’ of undefined

I’ve disabled ALL other plugins to make sure there are no conflicts.

    Hi @richardscharfenberg,
Are the images showing in the backend? Can you post a link to your site?
    Thanks!

    Hannah

Hey richardscharfenberg, it sounds like you are using Gutenberg 4.0 RC. We have an update coming out which fixes this stuff for 4.0 RC if you step back to the released version 3.9 then you should see things working.
