which translation plugin should be used?

I am designing a website…. where in one page i need to design a textbox…. where subscriber can input anything of any language…. choose the desire language press the submit button… and the translation will take place to desire language…. which plugin should i use? everytime i search for related work, i ended up in finding plugins which translate the whole website! please help me to choose correct plugin
