Which version for DYMO driver

    Hi,

    I’ve got an license and sent last week my question to your support. Till no I don’t received any answer.

    It’s about which DYMO driver I need to use for Windows.

    At www.ads-software.com you write:
    ** Windows users: Update DYMO Connect to version 1.2 or above**

    At your plugin website you write:
    Important! Update DYMO Label Software to version 8.7.2 if you’re experiencing issues during printing. WooCommerce DYMO Print plugin

      will not work with the new “DYMO Connect” software

    .

    That sounds as 2 different advices. Which version can I use with Windows?

    Hello @worksg

    For FREE version: you can use both DYMO Label Software and DYMO Connect.

    PRO version: only DYMO Label Software. We are working on an update to make it compatible with DYMO Connect,but there is no scheduled release date for this.
