Sure we can help, both premium versions, Affiliates Pro and Enterprise, support what you’re looking for.
Please allow me to mention a few notes and references that apply for both premium versions, inline with your questions:
- An affiliate should have a coupon code linked: This is possible via the Manage Affiliates screen
- Commission rate should be able to be set by product brand/group: Setting commission rates by brand is possible via one or more custom Formula rate(s), which we can provide further instructions if necessary.
- Commission rate should be able to be set by affiliate: This is possible in Rates by selecting the desired affiliate for each different rate.
- We need an export on what was bought by the affiliate orders: Details on Referrals can be found under Referrals section in the Dashboard, including the list of any possible different items and a link to the actual order that is involved in a referral. An export is also possible but won’t include details of each item involved in the referred order.
- When an affiliate order is returned the commission rate should also be deducted again or it can only be given after return period is over: The referral status and commission granted are updated automatically, according to the order status. Despite that, the site admin can always change the status of each referral, in the Referrals section and decide whether to make it an Accepted, Rejected or even Pending referral.
