which vslider is current, which is EoL ?

WP shows 4.1.2 as the latest vslider version from 4/2012. this has a lot of issues i do not like, so i tried 5.0.1 from vibethemes.com which seems to be your latest version (from february 2013?) and a fresh coding start. i like a lot of it and it seems to be much better. on the other hand, there you mention, that 4.x is the latest stable version. but on your site, there are also other slider plugins like vflexslider an inside your themes, again you use different sliders. this makes me ask you about your future strategy and slider support. not only because 5.0.1. still has a lot of issues, i think. e.g. the way you add images to sliders only works with pasting the path manually. or the auto resize feature does not work.
So which of your sliders has a future i can rely on the next 1-2 years?
