While editing page, I want white text on black background to ease eye pain

  • Hi everybody.

    My eyes are killing me. So much white on the screen while I am writing a blog or creating a page on wordpress. Anyway I can have a white text on black background

    Looking at the screen all day is almost unbearable. I know, I know I am supposed to take a break. But if I had white text on black all would be better.

    I noticed some forums have a black theme and I can look at the screen for many hours. The minute to I go back to work on my site the pain comes back.
