    Hi,

    I looked at the page, and there is a 3rd party script intercepting the form submission event: wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/js/apbct-public-bundle.min.js?ver=6.46

    It seems to be coming from the Cleantalk Spam Protect plugin folder. If you can, try turning off form protection or add an exception, based on their documentation like so: https://i.imgur.com/JiEi8Bh.png
