Whistleblower plugin

Hi,

I will make a website which will be used as whistleblower site where people can fill form and submit anonymously.

The Steps will be:

– Customer fill support form and submit
– Then the customer gets username and password so the person can open its status for the whistleblower ticket status
– The customer will be 100% anonymous, where the person will not give us either email or name.
– After submission then it will go to live chat so whistleblower worker then can have chat with this person.
– When done and upon closing chat it will send filled form and chat summary to a specific email address.

I could not find any solution that meets these, do you guy have any suggestions?
