white band on the right on the homepage of the width of the menu

  • Hi,

    each time I load my webste (in Safari, Firefox or Chrome) on cimputer, there is a white band on the right on the homepage of the width of the menu. The only way to make it dsapear is to resize the window of the brownser, then this band disapear and menu is then accessible.

    I didn’t find anywhere in wordpress or Rifle Free how to remove tit.

    I put black background everywherre I could, but still have this band. It really seems to comme with the menu.

    I believe it could be some miscalculation by the slider script.

    I will take a look at it.

    If you are using single photo for slider, maybe better idea would be to switch to background image instead.

    It looks that it is caused by stretching section.

    You have placed slider in the section that has “Stretch Section” activated.

    This is done by JavaScript after the slider is already calculated and this causes white space.

    Try setting in page settings full width of content https://rifetheme.com/help/docs/content-management/pages/pages-options/

    This should help for this issue.

    Hi Air,

    I do what you told to me. Now this white band isn’t on the main menu, tips is working, but it still remains on the social icon. I found a setting that this band is still here, but not over the social icon, just below the menu.

    Sorry for my bad english and maybe bad terms explication…
