    Dear Shaped Pixels,

I also tried your other theme, and i would like to use it, although i’ve found i cannot remove a white bar from above the menu sidebar. I haven’t made any modification in general theme, i just installed it. You can see on the following pic:

Just like your other post….to find out what this is, I have to see the code which means I need the link to your site where this is. The reason is because I use my browser’s webmaster tools to select an area in the page and it shows me the exact code for that spot which then tells me what is doing it.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    Here is the site.

Thanks for the link…only thing is that it’s behind a “coming soon” page. Is it possible to unlock the site for a moment? Once I get in, it should only take me about 2 minutes to look at the code, then you can lock the site again.

I’m here at the computer so as soon as you unlock it and let me know here, I will immediately go look.

Thanks for unlocking it…I just looked but that white area above the sidebar column that you shown in your photo does not show for me in my browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge). I can show you a screenshot

    Interesting,

I checked Firefox before, and there was issue also.

Now i checked Edge, Firefox and Chrome -> Chrome and Firefox it is fine, but in my Edge browser has still issue…

My laptop display has a 4K display and i am using it 150% zooming, i checked 100% with native resolution. Not solved.

    Microsoft Edge 38.14393.0.0
    Microsoft EdgeHTML 14.14393

    Try clearing your browser cache.

I just loaded the site in my ipad air 2 as well…no white bar for me in either my mobile Chrome or Safari browsers.

Perhaps it’s a cache issue with your hosting? Or are you using a CDN? Might be a delay in an update version of your site.

Now it is fine for both…
I had to log out from WP… I will check it later, maybe there is some plugin installed what caused…

I guess it will solve my similar issue on the Morphology Lite theme… I will let you know a little bit later.

    Thanks for your quick response!

More likely…overall, it appears it should be fine now, but hopefully it becomes 100% OK on your end.

Note: You can probably lock the site again now to your coming soon page.

    Best Regards,
    Andre

I thought. This plugin caused the issue:
Admin Bar Position 1.0.0 by Nakashima Masahiro
    I deleted it.
