white bar on slider

  • use customizr and nimble page builder together.
    When I change my theme with nimble, a white bar appears above the slider on the home page, which I can’t remove.
    my site is https://www.byte-post.com but now I haven’t saved the changes.
    This is the issue:

    Hi, thanks for reporting your problem.
    This looks like the normal behaviour when using Customizr + Nimble Builder.
    When customizing, Nimble Builder adds drop zones in which you can insert modules or pre-built sections. The white space you mention is one of those drop zones. The fact that it looks like a white space with a + sign in the middle is a design choice, allowing users to see it when customizing. Of course, those drop zones are not printed when not customizing.
    Does it answer your question or is there another issue I missed ?

    thanks for the answer and sorry for the delay of mine.
    The problem is that the white bar also appears during the preview.
