White bar on top logged users & magic contact not working

  • Hi,

    During this weekend you have done the migration of my blog, from 123reg, to siteground. The blog is working smooth and quick, i really apreciate all the effort they put in to this.

    However, i have noticed today that since they move it, there are 2 problems:

    1. When I’m logged in with any user on the wordpress account, if i go to my website, i cant see the top wordpress navigation bar, I just see a white line.

    2. One of the modules stops working, the name of the module is magic contact, it is like a feedback box (this is the website for the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/rejected-magic-contact-rejected/screenshots/)

    I have checked other posts where the problem was on the tags for the header and/or footer, but i think everything is fine on my site (might be wrong but.. i think is fine) site is https://www.app42day.com

    Hi,

    I sorted out my problem with the white bar, one of my plugins is not compatible with the last version of wordpress, so i just deactivated it until i can get a new version, but the problem with the magic coments plugin… is still there…
