• Hi There!

    I’ve got a mystery issue. I can’t access to my website : https://www.makersunite.eu anymore.
    When I’m log in in my wordpress account, everything is there and looks ok, but when I go to https://www.makersunite.eu I see a white page…! So strange!
    I already did all the updates of my plugins but it changed nothing!

    Does someone know what could be this issue ?

    Thank you !

  • Hi,
    1- Please make sure that you are using the latest version of wordpress, themes and plugins.

    2- Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    3- If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    4- Check the server error log to know the error detail of this issue.

    Thanks

    Hi,
    You may lost your theme settings. Check the server error log to know the error detail of this issue. Hosting provider will give the error log.
    Thanks

    I already ask Hostinger to know where does the problem come from and he told me that the problem is inside wordpress and he could do nothing :/

    1. Open the File Manager in your web host’s management panel.

    2. Go to the document directory of your website installation.

    3. Make a backup of wp-config.php.

    4. Open wp-config.php and insert or edit lines that control logging.

    The following constant definitions need to be either added or edited in your wp-config.php file:

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);

    Most WordPress installations already have an entry for WP_DEBUG set to false so you’ll need to change this value to true. It’s not that common to have WP_DEBUG_LOG already set in the wp-config so most likely you’ll have to add that line.

    After you’re done editing ensure that WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are set to true and that each constant is only defined once in wp-config.php

    Thanks

    But since I had desactivate the plugin and reactivate it, now I have this message :
    Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support – Please read our integration guide or check out our Storefront theme which is totally free to download and designed specifically for use with WooCommerce.

    But before, i never had this message, and the website worked very well since few weeks!

    I understand nothing…!!

    hi bro

    deactivate all plugins 1st and then one by one activate them

    Hi,
    Every server have the PHP ERROR LOG. Ask hosting provider to give the PHP ERROR LOG.
    Thanks
    Mohammad
