In the past, we’ve seen some cases of MailPoet pages not loading correctly that turned out to be caused by a browser plugin/extension (i.e. ad-blocker, security, etc) preventing files from loading as expected.
Please try testing from an Incognito/Private browser window with browser extensions disabled, and see if you still have the same issue. If you have an antivirus running, please disable it and test again.
This also looks like a plugin or theme conflict. Please try switching your theme to a default one (Twenty Twenty) and disable all plugins aside from?MailPoet, and see if that resolves the issue.
If it does, then enable your theme and all your other plugins one after the other until the issue returns. This will allow you to narrow down what is causing the conflict.

In order to avoid affecting your live site and visitors, you can set up a staging site to do the testing. If you don’t have one, your hosting company might offer one as part of your package. Alternatively, you can use a free plugin like WP Staging to create a new test site quickly.
