White blank settings page after Install

  • Hello, your plugin is not working for me. Or rather, it activates, but when I open the settings page – I open a completely blank page (no errors). I opened the support page on your website, which indicated what can be done in this situation (https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict#what), but all in vain, even when disabling all other plugins and even my theme, absolutely nothing changes. Please answer, will I be able to send out automated notifications of new entries on my blog to my subscribers for free with your plugin at all?

    Thanks for contacting MailPoet. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with getting started with the plugin.

    We were seeing a number of reports experiencing a similar issue. Because of that, we released two new versions that will likely correct the issue you’re having. Could you confirm if you’ve updated to the latest 4.17.1 version?

    It didn’t help either. Tried updating and then completely reinstalling. Exactly the same thing, just a white blank page.
