White blank webpage = website broken after last update

    Hello,
    As many others, I did the latest update this afternoon and I get only a white blank webpage. My website (testing on localhost) seems to be broken.
    When I disable this “Essential Addons for Elementor” plugin, averything is working as before, except the pages where I use some tools from this plugin.
    So, please verify this problem or bug.
    But I saw that many others also have given info about this issue with the latest update from today. So, I will make a rollback to the previous version until this issue is solved.

    Hi, there. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. We are already working on it and hopefully, it will be all fixed in our next update. We have already reverted back to the previous version. So, you can simply download the 2.9.9 version from here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/essential-addons-for-elementor-lite/

    Hi I have the same issue but I couldnt fix it… @rafinkhan

    i want to ask if i did it right,
    I downloaded the older version, uploaded without deleting the current one, and Essential Addons crushed my website.

    It has an essential function on my site, deactivating it makes my site empty.
    So I would be very happy if i can fix it soon as possible .

    Hi, there. Well, we have actually already reverted back to the 2.9.9 version. Please do the following: Delete the Essential Addons plugin from your website. And then download this version from here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/essential-addons-for-elementor-lite/

    Then activate the plugin. This should fix it. Let me know how it goes.

    I did the new update v2.10.1 and everything seems to be solved now. My website is running well as before. The blank webpage is gone.
    For me the problem is resolved.

    Do you still have problems by now?
    Let it know so we can manage this ticket right.
    I was already too optimistic and was marking this ticket as “Resolved”… ??
    We will waiting for answers for you…
    I did before a rollback to a previous version of “Essentials…” and my website was running back again as normal, so I don’t see any raison why it doesn’t work for you?
    Hopefully the people of the plugin support can help you further…

    We have just released a new version. So, can you guys please update to the latest version and let me know how it goes? Your should be fixed by now.

    In case, if you face any issues with your layout, simply just go to your WordPress dashboard. Then navigate to wp-admin -> Elementor -> Essential Addons -> Tools. Then, click on ‘Clear Cache’ button. It should fix it. Here’s the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/n78rdi
