• Hello,

I have poured over the forums about this topic and the solutions that are consistent is to remove the plugins directory or the themes directory.

Well, since this is a fresh installation right from the www.ads-software.com download file, renaming the plugins directory or the themes directory does not fix the problem.

We have not had time to upload any new themes or plugins.

We deleted the installation and reloaded the files to no avail.

The problem seems to only be accessing the Admin area.

Has anyone had this problem from a fresh installation before? Any thoughts on what to change to fix this problem?

    Thanks for any feedback.

  • I’m having the same problem. Any solutions yet?

Check your wp-config.php file there is no blank line before <?php and that last line is ?>

I have a blank Dashboard too. Funny enough all the other pages in the WordPress area work (you just first have to get to them), like for instance: /wp-admin/plugins.php

I went there and deactivated all plugins except WPML (I’m afraid of loosing content). The dashboard sometimes appears again, but seems to not fully load the JavaScript (the incoming links box keeps turning, the Screen Options don’t pop out, the left menu stays all closed).

The blog itself seems to work correctly including language switch: https://hudsonfamily.ch/en/

Are you who are experiencing this problem also using WPML?

I can confirm everything works fine in my installation if I deactivate WPML. This is no option for me though – but it means, the problem is with WPML I guess.
