White, blank WP admin login page

    Hi, i cant access the admin login for my website. I have been in touch with my webhosts (hostgator) who seem to think the website is affected by malware, but according to my CleanTalk dashboard a scan was performed and passed today. I accessed the admin side of the website with no issues last week. Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Your website shows HTTP ERROR 500. You should find the reason with your hosting support. You can delete the Security plugin’s folder by FTP to exclude it from the suspicions (../wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall).

    Thanks, i have contacted my host and they are sayingg files are infected, i have attached a screen shot. They have sorted it so i can access admin pages but have disabled the CleanTalk plugin.
    i have an error on the CleanTalk plugin page, again i have attached a screen shot.

    Please advise because its really annoying if i am paying for security that is not protecting my website.
