White Box around Pictures

https://www.wyantbuilders.com is the site that I am building and I was wondering if there is a way to get rid of the white around the picture boxes that zoom out when you have the mouse on them on the home page..

I built a child theme…

Also getting a lot of white lines on my other pages.. Is there a way to get rid of these if anyone knows? First time using this theme…
