White boxes showing instead of title

The slider on our website’s homepage (cinemajam.com/mag) looks perfect normally, but sometimes when you load the site the text of the slider is replaced with a big white box. So sometimes the text shows up perfectly, but sometimes it comes up looking glitched. Is this a problem from our end, or with the plugin?
