    Hi,
    We have more than 10.000 users in this plugin.
    It is nice to talk with our support before to left bad review.

    Some possibilities:
    1) WordPress with Low memory limit.
    Dashboard => Tools => Site Health

    2) Check for Javascript errors in the page.

    3) Update WordPress theme and all plugins to last version available.
    4) Activate the Debug.

    We just released Version 5.48 and was improved the compatibility with other plugins.
