    Hi,

    Looks like are missing files.
Please, try to deactivate, delete and install again from WordPress Repository.
If this doesn’t fix the problem, please, let me know.

    Cheers,
    Bill

Try to go to your cPanel, files, and look for this file:
    virtual/retrodatenbank.de/tenoronline.de/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/stopbadbots/includes/feedback/feedback.php

I just downloaded the plugin zip file from WordPress and the file (feedback.php) is there.
Check if you have free disk space, check if you have free memory:

Try to upload the file using your cPanel to:
    virtual/retrodatenbank.de/tenoronline.de/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/stopbadbots/includes/feedback/feedback.php
You can get this file downloading the complete plugin from WordPress Repository and unzipping it.
Then, please, let me know what happens.

Glad to hear it is working now!

The error must be in the plugin “stop bad bots”. The old version as written above works together with the NextGen Gallery without any problems. As soon as “Stop Bad Bots” is only updated by one version, there is only one white page in the frontend and backend. Such a similar problem has been here before. And disabling the gallery plugin will not help me

Unfortunately looks like have some conflict between these 2 plugins.
Sometimes happens. You need to take one and look for a replacement for another one.

sry at another user here, the problem could be fixed by a fix …

why not here? I do not understand. I’ve used this gallery for a long time and I’ve never had any problems with any plugins. Just 4 months ago with “stop bad bots”.

Yes, but we have more than 10.000 users and our plugin have around 3 or 4 years and I have only one user with this conflict, you. Probably is some coincidence. Sorry.
It is a very odd issue because the message said is missing a file, but the file is there. How can I fix it?
Don’t forget to check also if your site have any kind of malware. Sometimes this happens too and also lack of memory. I told about low memory today early.

I hope this is sorted, gonna go ahead and mark as “resolved” to help keep things organized. Feel free to post again with any further questions or feedback, etc. Thank you.
