The LDAP integration plugin was working perfectly until I had some issues with another plugin. I was able to work through the issues with the other plugin and have removed it however now if I have the ldap integration plugin installed and active, I get a white page when logging out. If I remove the ldap plugin, the site becomes operational again. Ideas for troubleshooting this problem?

It looks like an internal server error. Can you please export the configurations from the Configuration Settings tab and collect the PHP error logs of the site. Send both of them to us at [email protected]. It will help us in troubleshooting the issue.

I have the same issue, fix it please.

I too am encountering this issue. The page loads for users whom are logged in, but empty white pages occur for those whom are not logged in. I’ve found that I can get to the wp-login.php page in this state, however I get a warning that says “Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.”. I have checked the server logs and I am not seeing any errors where I have looked.

I am running WordPress 5.0.3, this plugin is 3.0.2, and the PHP version is 7.2 hosted on a cPanel webserver.

You can see the error here: https://imgur.com/a/7dFuWfF

It looks like this issue was patched in latest update, 3.0.3. Thank you for fixing the issue!
