White page on PageBuilder instead of the configuration page

Yes and i’m awaiting the answer, but I thought maybe you’d have a solution beacause it’s a very big problem as you can imagine :s

Have you try to re-install the theme with the latest version of the theme?

Yes i have re-install the theme in a first time, i have re-install wordpress to but nothing change. I have the latest version of the theme.

I just login into your site and I can access the page builder page.
Which configuration that you referring?

I talk about this page, the page builder page, but me it’s a white page from 3 hours :s

Yes it’s really weird, i just tried with my account it doesn’t work but with your account support it’s working :s

I have no idea, because I don’t know how they coded their custom blocks. Probably have some undefined functions/variable based on user levels or plugin conflict.

It is something beyond the AQPB plugin features. You should really ask the developer for support, that’s what you paying the theme for ??
