So a few weeks ago when the WordPress beta became public I forgot to disable the plugin that makes my installation receive updates, before I updated the site to 4.6. So I ended up accidentally updating to 4.7 alpha which I decided to leave it at, because of receiving no problems, until now.

So I woke up to my installation this morning and all of the pages are white.

Any help would be appreciated. This website is for a client of mine which and I haven’t made a backup since 1 week ago.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to fix it by scrambling through the text and updating it to the latest alpha.

You can usually just manually reinstall the latest version. Download the zip, copy the files over. If you’re going to run a beta (or alpha) that’s a must-have skill.

If you’re on 4.7 right now, it’s safe to downgrade to 4.6 and I recommend you do so since this is a client’s site.

Thank you! I just reverted back to 4.6, so the client won’t have to deal with these issues.
