• All of a sudden, the content of three of my pages isn’t showing. When I try to edit the page with Visual Composer, I see the content. When I switch to “classic editor”, there’s no content. in the “text”-tab, it just says <!–vcv no format–><!–vcv no format–>

It looks like the classic editor doesn’t take the info of the visual composer, although it does this on three very similar other pages (so same plugins, links,… used), and did so until yesterday (I think, at least until Monday).

My wordpress isn’t updated to 5.0.2 . I use visual composer (a plugin) for all my pages, and it works just fine, except for those three pages. I also downloaded “classic editor” plugin, to overwrite any Gutenberg things, but to be fair, this didn’t change anything. I always had the classic editor available.

    Help?! ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I see your WordPress version seems to be 4.9.9 (classic editor is more useful on WordPress version 5.0+)

    Suggestions:
1-install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme
might help narrow down the source of the issue and see if the content returns

    2-contact Visual Composer support team

3-be sure you have a current backup copy of your file and database

Hmm, it seems to work now, so really a glitch somewhere. Sigh. This has kept me tinkering for hours on end ??

make regular backups of your files and database “just in case” while you are tinkering.
