Please help: White Screen

  • Hello. All of the sudden, our homepage is not being displayed. I’m able to access the backend, but the homepage at thebigtimeonline.com shows a blank white page. Help! Anyone have any ideas? ??

    Have you tried switching themes to see if that resolves the issue?

    Hi, Jose! Interesting. If I switch themes, the site shows up. Any idea why this might have happened? The theme we use will not work. Not sure why.

    That sounds like the theme may not be playing nice. If you have access to the PHP error logs you may be able to figure out where and why that could be happening. If you don’t know where those reside, reach out to your hosts and ask them where they are located.

    Try debugging with the health check plugin to see which plugin is not playing nice with your theme. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
