    Hi,

    When I validate the form, I have a white screen with this message:
    {"status":"success","msg":{"successMsg":"Vous \u00eates d\u00e9sormais inscrit !","errorMsg":"Une erreur est survenue","existMsg":"","invalidMsg":"Cette adresse email n'est pas valide"},"redirect":""}

    The email went well on Sendinblue but it’s not really great in terms of user experience.

    Where does the problem come from?

    Thanks for reaching out. Please may you confirm you created this form within the plugin? There is a known conflict with certain WP themes.

    To resolve this please use forms created within the form builder in your Sendinblue account and share these via iFrame. These will work with any theme/plugin.

    Please let me know how you get on.

    Yes, I created the form in the plugin.
    So I have to go through my Sendinblue account?
    Could I customize the HTML code?

    Hi @meneldil,

    Yes, using the form builder in Sendinblue and using Iframe will eliminate conflict. It also has more features and design elements.

    You could customize the code but I would recommend the above for ease and allowing us to provide ongoing support with this form.
