White screen after editing Consent Text

    I tried to edit the consent text and this resulted in a white screen, both the website and the backend are white and the backend cannot be reached.

    I could rebuidl the website with a database backup and tried again to edit the consten text which resulted – again – in awhite screen.

    How can this happen?

  • Have a similar problem after editing the settings for the calendar view – white screen back end and front end. Back end can not be reached.

    But I do not want to rebuild the site with database backup, because I have a lot of changes that I worked today and don’t want to loose them.

    Does anybody have any suggestions?

    sorry. When I wrote my question I missed that point.

    I tried to edit the new privacy Consent Text (to be found here: Events -> Settings -> General -> Privacy).
    I have installed Version 5.9.3 od the plugin (I know that there exists an update now, but I did not dare to install it because I don’t know what will happen to my installation).

    you can try the latest EM version 5.9.4.1 as well.
